Say you're doing pretty good and able to eat more things, then you have a flare. Do you have to go back o list 1 then? I'm just wondering about people's individual experiences with this.

No flares, are usually from
No flares, are usually from hormones, or if you added a new food to your diet, or just die off. I usually just push through them. I never had to go back a diet list . But, one patient on here did have to go back to list 2 after being on list 3 though.
