Buffaloe is a little bit strong for new folks. Try grass fed beef or lamb. I recall flaring a little bit from buffaloe.

Hi Carey- Good for you for delving into the omnivourous world! I get my beef from a farmer who does not feed his animals any corn or soy in addition to their grass diet. DO you have a farmer's market or other source for organic grass fed beef?
I love being able to buy my meat from reputable sources. I pay a pretty penny but it is money well spent!

I agree with what the others said- make sure it's good quality grass-fed beef!

i have found that grass fed beef is most tolerable, followed by Lamb, then buffalo. Also lamb from Colorado vs. new Zealand has much less of a wild taste.

Yes, lots of meat now. Feels weird. Trying not to think about it. My application was received. Calling Monday a,m. To book with a boaz in September if all goes well. Very excited and nervous!
