Hi all I am discouraged as I sent my new patient form in a week ago and still no word from Bomamed. Also have called several times and no answer. Anyone know if Bomamed is open? I know I have to wait at least a month to see Boaz. My MD is starting me on diflucan for a month due to yeast, changing thyroid, etc. I told my md that once I start w brizmans nothing can interfere with the protocol.
proud to say I had my first red meat today. Experiencing a flare but also had black pepper as a mistake. Been staying pretty close to the diet.
Can't wait to get stable!

Hi Carey... don't be too discouraged. I also didn't hear back from them right away and had to call myself to follow up. I've noticed the best time to get ahold of the office by phone seems to be in the morning, so if you haven't already try earlier rather than later in the day. And congrats on eating red meat! I also hadn't eaten it for almost 15 years and started again 5 or so months ago when I started treatment .. it was weird but not as horrible as I thought it would be!

Carey, not sure if you've reached the office yet, but there hours are not what is posted on the website. The office closes at 1 pm, or so that was what I had been told when I was scheduling as a new patient. If you call in the morning you should have no problem getting to speak with someone.
