Hi all -
Just wanted to offer a work of caution re. Organic Valley milk. I had been doing well for some time and was really sad when I started experiencing an unexplained flare that wouldn't go away. I couldn't figure out what was causing it until I happened to glance at the back of my milk carton - Organic Valley milk has double the amount of Omegas in it than other brands, which was really affecting my symptoms. Just a reminder to read labels of ALL (even ones that you think are safe) products carefully, and to consider whether new products may be affecting your symptoms.
My pain has gone down substantially in the day or two since stopping. Hope everyone is well.
THANKS Aberger! It is so
THANKS Aberger! It is so frustrating that our bodies cant tolerate grass-fed milk products!! Oh well, eventually we will be able to!

I am going to send a PM to you, in case you don't see this. But if you do, how much were you drinking?Or were you just using it in recipes? I sometimes use grass-fed, low-heat pasturized cream. I don't think it is bothering my symptoms, but maybe if I switched to a more pasturized product that is not grass-fed, my symptoms would improve more quickly? I only have a few tablespoons of cream in my coffee since I am on list 3 and have not been using milk very much.
