I am grateful that Dr. B continutes to have the courage and passion to follow her convictions and to treat IC in the face of so much skepticism and fear from the greater IC community. I shudder to think where I would be without her, and where my family would be.

I don't even know where to begin when it comes to my gratitude for Dr. B! So very thankful she is always just an email away, and listening to all my near mental breakdowns because of pain or flat out fear that I will never overcome this obsticle, but she always is there to encourage me to keep plugging along!:) 

She has found a way to help with this horrible disease and I will be forever grateful to her and God. She has given me hope that I will not have to live with unrelenting pain all my life. When I read other websites and hear the horrible experiences those dears are going through I just cry for them. Dr. Brizman is the only one I've ever found who tries to understand the cause and to take care of the whole body not just the bladder. And it works. I love her dearly and thank her a thousand times over for her help...

From what I understand, Dr. Brizman resolved to dedicate her life to healing women with IC upon curing herself from this condition. (Please correct me if I am wrong).  I am in awe of her taking on such a monumental challenge and am grateful every moment I consider the weight this decision must have impacted her life as a wife and mother.  From what I have read, she has influenced many women she has healed to give back in their lives in similar ways.  Through her compassionate service to so many women, she has touched them and changed them in such a way that they too feel this huge reservoir of love and compassion they feel they too need to share and pass along to others.  Thank you Dr Brizman for this priceless gift.
