Hi ladies,

well, I was close to being done and all my writing vanished!  argh...

anyhow, I wanted to check in and say hello to new names/faces as I have been a patient of Dr B for 1 1/2 years now.

I started this journey with intense horrible pain and cant say that I am happy where I am for the most part.  yes, I still do have symptoms and yes, I know that it will take much longer for me to fully recover but I am OK with that.  This process is proven yet its slow and the best decision I have ever made.

when I first started I was in extreme pain, working at a horrible, stressful job in the dietary supplement business with terrible bosses.  I have finally been blessed with a new position and am not as stressed which is so helpful having this illness. Stress for me = terrible pain

If you search me from my past posts, you will see my background.

I can now drive a long commiute and not think of where there is a clean bathroom to stop at.

my migraines, cold body/cold feet, ugly thick pinky, neck pain is still there but i have seen dramatic changes to my bladder.  I also have this horrible thing called Lichen Simplex.  It has grown immensely.  does anyone else have skin issus similar?  would love to speak with you about the treatment/improvements you have seen.

I can tell you that if you commit yourself 110%, this protocol works!  yes, its slow but you need to listen to your body.  My vaginal/bladder die-offs/IBS is gone but I still have ALOT to go through to get better.

I suggest that what has helped me tremendously is to find another patient here be your suppoter. I have been so blessed to have someone here be my supporter and I hers.  I can email her at any time/her the same and be there supporting each other.  This is SO incredibly rewarding and helpful.

I encourage those that are new and or considering to see Dr B to do so.  Her treatment works!

I have alot more to say but need to get back to work.  If you feel like reaching out to me via email and have questions and/or on the fence, I'd be happy to chat with you.

Lastly, if anyone has skin/neck issues, jaw pain/constant migraines and/or thick toe nails, I would LOVE your input and also to talk to you.  There are so many things that I still have to deal with but I am living my life (thankfully).

Hang in there, there is light at the end of this journey, 1 minute, 1 hour, 1 day at a time.  I empathize with the pain you are in, but there is hope to feeling/functioning better if you commit yourself to this 110%

Hi Tommygurl,
So encouraging to read your words.  I have been in treatment for 16 months with Dr. Brizman.
I am much better but still struggle with intermiitent bladder pressure, mild vulvodynia and IBS - C.  Again, all of these are much better.
I was wondering what you experienced with your IBS and how it finally went away.
I am still on list one with some veggies from list 2 and quinoa.
I also suffer from severe whole body and itching.  It comes and goes.
Dr. B. says it is my lymph system.
Any info would be so helpful - one of the most difficult things to do on this treatment is to not get discourages.
Thanks
Breis

SO great to hear from you. I have dry skin, athletes foot, 3 yellow toenails (they are growing out/changing!!) cracked heals (thank you dry cold, Lake Tahoe weather!), acne, small rashes, itchy skin. I am a skin detox girl all the way! But I am only 4 months in. So we shall see...
What food list are you on now? Does Dr. B allow you to wear a more "natural" toe nail polish yet? Spring is coming and I usually cover these toenails, although have made some progress in 4 months!!

If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.
