Hi All

This Peelu powder (NOT paste) is a really nice way to remove plaque and stains. Be sure to buy the mint-free. Dr. B posted this on her blog recently.

The powder is a bit cumbersome. Here is how I use it: "Squirt" some powder in a small pile inside your bathroom sink. Take a toothbrush (electric or regular) and dampen it with water. Press the toothbrush into the powder so that you have a good amount on the brush. Brush as you normally would. Rinse several times well with water.  It will leave your teeth feeling VERY clean!

If you want to spot treat those icky coffee/tea stains, moisten your index finger, press it into the small pile of powder in your sink, and rub your finger back and forth for up to a minute on the stained areas. Rinse well with water.

Don't allow water to enter your Peelu bottle. It will make the fibers very icky. You can buy on Amazon. Just be sure it is plain fibers (NOT the toothpast and NOT mint-flavored)

Enjoy!
