I know I should post on the new Facebook page, but i am not too Facebook savvy yet and will join eventually.
I use chicken thighs as they tend to not dry out. (I am rarely a chicken breast fan) but you can use any chicken pieces....) I also use Fage full-fat yogurt (any full-fat Greek yogurt) so you don't have to do the yogurt straining step...I also use a little extra butter during the simmering with water part.
