Hi there, I am a long distance patient as well and being bedbound happened to me many times during the past year but slowly, slowly, slowly I am making progress. So hang in there, eventually things will change but for me with turtle steps. I am now just past the year mark and seeing more windows of feeling better. So keep on going, healing will come even if it is slow.
Sending you lots of healing wishes.

I am so sorry you are struggling so much. It seems some people are better in one year, but for most people, it is closer to 2 years (or more). I hope you will have more relief soon. Are you in close contact with Dr. B? Have you told her how uncomfortable you are to see if there is anything she can do? Are you having any die off that is keeping you in bed? Have you double checked all of your diet and products with her to be sure you are not eating any foods that might not be helpful?

I remember reading a post from Honeybee about how this process involves crawling out of inflammation. And for some of us, that is a very slow process. I wish I had more I could say. If you post here and tell us how you are doing, we can support you. I hope you have some support at home too!!

Hey Adi,

i have had lots of ups and downs in treatment, and it is absolutely normal for some people.  As Mimi said, make sure you let Dr. B know exactly what is going on.  Keep in constant contact through email and take good notes of symptoms daily so you can see patterns to talk about during your calls with her.

Also, double check all the products you are using. I found out that I am super sensitive to fragrances, and some of the natural products I was using actually were causing unnecessary pain.

I want to encourage you to keep pressing forward.  This healing takes a lot of hard work, diligence, and perseverance on our part and Dr. B's part!  We all know how committed she is to us and I literally thank God for it everyday!

You WILL get better, even though things seem to be getting worse.  Just keep fighting and eventually you will feel much better. This has been my experience.  I have spent much of the last year in bed, but now I am up and about doing things again.

Hope this helps!
