So Dr. B added in Cod liver oil on Monday & I have had a severe debilitating migraine for 4 days now. She took everything out yesterday & only kept in RP & Mega. I am assuming this is die off ??????? Has anyone had issues with headaches. I cant get out of bed. It feels like someone has my head in a device & keeps squeezing. If anyone has any advice I would be so appreciative. On a positive note my bladder feels pretty good...Sooo confused!!!

Damn that Cold Liver Oil!!! I have been in die-off hell with it too! I finally couldn't take it and Dr. B took me off it yesterday. Not bad headaches...but everything else under the sun...especially horrible bladder pressure and vulvodynia :(
Does anyone know what the Cod Liver Oil is supposed to be for?

Dear God! This is horrifying! I hope you feel better. I'm new to treatment and I'm glad you wrote about this just because I guess I know what could happen. Let me know how it works out for you. So we're all 100% positive this treatment method isn't just a twisted house of pain thing?
Isn't it incredible how sensitive our bodies have become? I ate too many rice crackers today and I got a headache (not a migraine thank god), felt like I was going to throw up, and passed out at 5pm. Passed out as in got so freaking tired that I couldn't stay awake not actually passed out.
I'm routing for you!

Thanks everyone for your comments & concern. Woke up today & the headache is gone....5 days of pure hell, then gone :(((( unfortunately my bladder burns & is pinchy. It feels like I am always trading one evil for another. Just grateful that the head pain is gone.
Hannah at times I feel like I am part of a horrible science experiment gone wrong but i know this process takes bold faith! Quitting is not an option. We are all stronger than we think:))
