Well all my inflammatory markers are normal, I don't have a rheumatic disease and so I am a medical mystery to the west. Just have very inflamed knees that don't like weight or movement. hmmmmm....

My inflammation level was low, too.  But... I am pretty sure I have inflammation in my body. Tests are not reliable. Diagnoses are lables for dis-balance. Good news you don't have lupus because it sounds scary.
