shortness of breath

I was wondering if some of you ever experienced the feeling of not being able to breathe fully. Last night I started to have difficulties breathing as if I didn´t get enough air, which is quite scary actually. Today I had it on and off.

Yes, this happened to me early in treatment as well. It IS die-off.  Just try to relax throught it. It does go away.  I think mine lasted for a couple weeks on and off before disappearing entirely.

Shortness of breath? I had lots of it. It will pass;)

I thank you all so much. Makes me feel so much better knowing that you went through this as well. I thought I developed a new illness which is even greater than IC and got really nervous about it. I hope it will pass soon. It´s so uncomfortable. I feel like an 80 year old woman grasping for air.

Even though this is normal for some in treatment, I would tell Matia if you haven't already.  :)
