Hi All!
Not a long post today. But I wanted to say, that starting at about 7.5 months into treatment, I had nearly a MONTH WITHOUT ANY SYMPTOMS! I felt normal. Wow. I was considering not posting about it until I had more time without symptoms. But then I thought I should be more optimistic and celebrate it anyway. I am having a bump in the road again but this past month has given me a lot of hope. It is hard to go back to being symptomatic. But now I know my body can really do this and my gut is healing.

Here's my hunk of hope. Today I went to see a movie at the theater with my husband for the first time in a year! It used to be too painful for me to sit in a theater seat, especially for that long. I was able to put my feet up on some rails that were in front of our seats, and I went to the bathroom twice, but I DID IT!!! And I had a good time. It felt good to do something "normal."

I'm so happy to hear that! That is really good news, you will continue getting better and better.
I too have been doing well, many days with very few symptoms. Then last week suddenly bladder pressure and irritation again. That is difficult. BUT i did have a little amount of sugar and too much gluten for my bladder. So i am back on track with my diet.
We'll get there!!!

I´m doing great as well. I haven´t had unbearable pain ever since starting the treatment. Most days I only feel my bladder or experience some discomfort or low urgency. And that´s about it. I stick to the diet religiously and Dr. Brizman moved me up to list 3. Yay! All you sweet berries out there, here I come.
I´m moving towards normal life again, starting my own little massage business. Not living in my parents house anymore. If I remember were I was only two months ago, this is truely a miracle. Honestly, I didn´t wanna live anymore. A thousand "Thank you´s" to Dr. Brizman and to all of you guys who provide such great knowledge day by day. This treatment works!
