What do you do if you react to half of list one?

It's always been hard for me to tell exactly but it feels like I react to a lot on listing ie. celery cabbage grains? Thoughts?

I think many women react on grains in the beginning. At least I did. 
I know how you feel. At one point I was so confused I thought even breathing was making me flare. 
You will figure it out. That´s for sure!

Best to cut out grains if they are causing a problem. Do you cook celery and cabbage? Cooked veg is easier to digest. I made vegetable soup a lot when on list 1.

Agreed, cooked veggies are better tolerated than raw.  I can eat red cabbage, but green causes me to flare.  Eat what you can and re-try some of the foods after a few weeks of not eating them.  It is my understanding that as you heal and the inflammation decreases, you will be able to eat foods that you previously couldn't.  I couldn't eat eggs, but after a couple of months of treatment, I can eat them a few times a week.
