Hey all. Where do you order your Natren probiotics from? For the past two years, I've ordered from iherb.com, but they have really screwed up my last few orders (not sending them overnight when I've paid for an expedited overnight shipment, etc). The first couple of times, I was cool with it since nobody is perfect and they corrected the issue pretty quickly, but it's starting to really get on my nerves, always calling to have my order fixed and to get reimbursed for shipping etc. In any case, I'm wondering where else you guys order your probiotics from that is priced decently... I haven't been able to find them at my local health stores, so I'm wondering if there is another online option. Thanks!

Hi, I had the same thing happen with Iherb - they were very nice and always gave me a refund but it got to be too much. I order them directly from Natren (online) now and if you set up automatic refills it gives you a discount (I have mine on a quarterly system now). It has worked out fine so far. It's a little more pricey than iherb but I figure it's worth it knowing they've been treated correctly.

I've used Wild Earth Market and Vitacost, both ship cold and are reasonably priced. I would love to buy directly from Natren but I feel they are WAY over priced!

Hi Tinkerbell, I haven't had great luck with iherb or vitacost. When I was CA, I bought my probiotics at Sprouts, not sure if they have one in your area? Or just trying to get a local market to order. Getting the probiotics is always a frustrating task!:/
Vitacost is the worst ever
Vitacost is the worst ever they never ship cold. Do NOT waste your time with them. I order from iherb and i have had some issues. They corrected them but its still annoying. I would order from a diff site other iherb but I havent been able to find anywhere else.

I order directly from Natren over the phone. I get a discount because I order regularly from them. They have a special plan where they call you every 30 or 60 days to check in and see what you need, and you get a discount. Call them and check it out. They have excellent customer service. I talk to the same consultant every time and she knows who Matia is. Her name is Susan.

I talked to a salesman from Natren who was great. He told me they have many issues with vitacost. I order a lot of stuff from Vitacost but not my probiotics

It is non dairy and she finds it to be the best brand for her patients. High quality and consistent performance. It is expensive but I have found them to be VERY powerful and in my opinion they work great.

How much? That varies person to person like you would not believe. It can change so many times in a single wee depending on where you are. This tx and the formula you are on shifts constantly and can either be the same for months on end or weeks on end or days on end until it is not and needs a changeas the body gets stronger and needs more or less of whatever herb or probiotic or both.

Yes, they are shipped at 2 day shipping, directly from Natren, with Ice packs.
I used to order them from the bomamed website because I didn't know any other way. They were also shipped from Natren with ice packs and wrapped and everything.
Then I found this website, and they are shipped the exact same way. Just a lot cheaper, and the shipping for 2 day is $12.95. Which is also less.
