Hello All,
Well I felt completely well for three weeks before Thanksgiving. My bladder disappeared for a bit. I was hiking, and feeling very happy about my body. Then...I couldn't find my Supernatren and took Bifidonate alone for a day and a half. OUCH. Boaz is apparently serious about taking stuff together or not at all. I flared BIGTIME. I never knew a little probiotic could cause such havoc. So now I am off of it.
In trying to tame my flare Boaz upped my Siberian Ginseng, which worked and the flare is gone... I had tapered down to a smaller dose before because I get TERRIBLE headaches from it. I have tested it. At low doses I have little manageable headaches, but yesterday I tried the full dose and WHAM I have a raging headache that is lasting 24 hours.
Anyone else have Siberian headaches? They're not so fun.

Sorry you had to learn that lesson about taking things together! Did you read M. Brizman's dissertation? It explains all of this pretty well. Hope your headaches die down soon!!
If we don't excel at health, the only other option is disease.

Sorry you are in pain Julie. I have troubles with headaches and different herbs. I am glad you have made the connection and take a lower dose and mange your flare and avoid the headaches. Hang in there!

I do trust this process, I know it works. I had three weeks of feeling pretty balanced. I know I will be there again.
