Is there any chewing gum out there we are allowed?  I am a newbie.  Also I made a soup with the allowed veggies...I know we cannot juice but is soup ok?  Thanks.  I have tried to read all the blogs but didn't see anything on these 2 things.  I have ordered Dr. Brizman's dissertation but have not rec'd it yet so sorry if the answers are there.
