So my herbs were supposed to arrive on Friday. I saw the FedEx truck drive by. They never came and now it's the weekend. I tracked the shipment and it says it's been at the FedEx location near my house for over a day now. I'm on my last dosage of herbs today and freaking out because it's Saturday and I don't know if they will deliver them today, even though today would be day 4 of the shipment. (i used the cheapest 3-day option). Anyone else had this problem? I'm hoping they come today but if not...what to do? I don't want to email Matia yet and I suppose there is nothing she can do anyway.

call the office and see if you can just pick it up. Sat delivery is an extra cost. I have had this issue before. They have to mark it for pick up for you and then you just go get it.

Just currious are you able to go and pick it up? If not you can call them and see if they can deliver today although I don't think they deliver on Saturday. I am able to pick it up here in Canada. I had the same problem with it sitting at the depot a couple of times and it turns out that the wrong address number had been put onto the package and did not have my phone number on the package as well. Lynne has since cleared this up. Good luck in getting your herbs.

Thanks y'all!! Just in the nick of time, I read your posts and was able to hurry to FedEx before they closed and pick up the herbs. Phew! Crisis averted.
Gentle Water in North Carolina?
Ahh. I'm in North Carolina at my grandfather's 90th b'day and totally unsure of which water is ok to drink. I'm already feeling not so fabulous and I don't want to exacerbate the situation. Is Deer Park ok?
