I have heard some people ask on calls and on the site to list all the possible die off symptoms. I know Maita has a list of common ones on this site. I thought it would be a good idea though to start this thread so we can all share our die off symptoms at the beginning, middle, and towards end of treatment. I know everyones can different, but at there are also a lot of similarities. I think this would help new bees (like me, and others) to know if something is normal or not. Of course, everything should be ran by Matia if you have a question about a symptom, but this could be a helpful tool for us to share with one another. So, I will start by listing the symptoms i have had from just starting treatment over the past month and if others wanted to share theres by replying.

depression for me comes and
depression for me comes and goes I can find happness at times. It's totally normal to feel depressed during this process. It is comming from the liver from what I understand. Your liver has to process all these toxins that we are constantly trying to cleanse out of our body so it will wax and wane.
visual eye disturbances it also comes and goes not all the time and it's getting a lot better.
Fatigue
hot flashes is getting a lot better.
diffuclt falling asleep.
frequency every hr-3 hrs when i am doign well but sometimes not often i will have a flair i will pee every 20 min.
burning urethra
Vaginal discharge all the time
discharge in my stool acasionally
bloating
heavyness feeling like lead.
constipation
joints ache
knee, back neck pain elbows and jaw crack
anxiety
fainting
headaches stabbing electric pains
numbess tingling head arms neck
hallucinations not too often i think there gone but i will go for long times and then come back history of epilepsy
nightmears
poor concentration
sound light sensitive
poor circulation
chest pain
breast pain
nausia at times
feet burning esp in my arches the more my bladder hurts the more my feet hurt
i have gained weight the last few months due to all the constipation
my body feels like rubber bands is so tight

Its crazy how much we go through. I too have that horrid arch pain in my feet..I thought I was the only one. I had no idea that was related to IC. Yes, my depression comes and goes. Yesterday was a really bad day with it, and now today I am fine.

oh yeah i forgot about the
oh yeah i forgot about the eyes tearing it burns but I don't get that all the time and the skin burning. Soar throat i don't get it oftenthough. Vertigo ,hot flases I have gotten high feavers that only lasted a day or half the night. runny nose chuncks of flem orange color. Lumps in my breasts, swollen feelings all over my body not sure i want to think back to EVERYTHING because it's not fun to think about it and i am trying to be in a good head space. speaking of anxiety. burning nose. ear buzzing,

My tounge is burning, kinda like my skin does sometimes. Also keep having sharp chest pains, feels like in my lungs..this is on top of peeing every 15 minutes and burning urethra. Also, my mouth feels dry no matter how much water I have.

you should tell Matia about the dry mouth issue that sounds like your herbs need adjusting. I have the same problem often and the herbs can make a big difference.
Die off
I am finally having some significant die off. First I got a broken blood vessel in my eye. Then I had cold symptoms (stuffy nose & dry lungs). I also feel tired and weak. I also got a yeast infection. On a positive note, I am happy to finally have major die off symptoms.
More Die Off
My newest symptoms are a rash on my upper thighs and acne. We were supposed to take family pictues, and I had to cancel due to serious chin acne LOL.
Acne
I have been getting a rash on my neck, and I am not sure if its pimples or not! Weird.

I get that rash on my inner legs. It is just little bumbs and sometimes they itch but for the most part it is just bumy it's only when she hits me hard do they start to itch. they are just little skin toned bumps when the get itchy the tops do turn red. I have had them for a very long time now. I just started drinking the raw milk and noted that they have gotten slightly larger now too.
