Can we eat chicken or beef liver?

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows if we can eat chicken or beef liver (I'm on list 2) while in treatment.

I can e-mail Matia and ask, but I'd rather not bother her, if I can help it.

I personally won't even feed liver to my pup--just because thats where all the toxins are filtered through!  But--maybe ask her.
BTW--I totally made zucchini muffins (inspired by your post) and had zero self control--but they were SO delish.  Thanks for the reminder--also, I added in onion!

I just asked her in my consult she said exactly that because it is a filter for toxins she advises no.

Thanks guys for your input! And Nicole, thanks for checking on your consult, that was awesome of you. (I don't have another appointment until the 2nd week of March!)
I ended up eating some because my husband had already bought it. Money is tight, so I didn't want to throw it out... This was before you guys wrote me back.
 
Anyway, don't do it! I flared like crazy. We're giving the rest away.
I should have thought of the toxins issue.
And I'm glad you enjoyed the muffins... we have to have something "exciting" right?
