almost 2 weeks in

Hi all,

I'm almost 2 weeks in on Dr.B's protocol. My bladder/urethra have been feeling really good. I think I am sensitive to zuchinni though, because after I eat it, I do have some urethra burning. So I'm going to stay away from that for awhile.

I noticed though for the past 3 days I started getting a headache, then very tired. Oh boy, and today I am extremely tired. And I cannot handle light. I'm at work and asked my coworker if we could keep the lights off today. She said yes, and it helps so much. I think this is die-off. Even though it's hard to work or do anything because I am so extremely tired and my head hurts, I am so happy that I have not had any bladder or urethra pain or burning. Thank goodness for that.

After work I think I will go home and have a nap.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

It sounds like you and I are about on the same timeline (well, I just started Diet 1 and I will see Dr. B on 10/7) but so far, the burning has been gone for now 1 week! For that, I'm so grateful that I hope I havent just jinxed myself.
I've adjusted to the diet better than I thought but I'm sure I will grow tired of it.  I dont know if I'm cheating by eating 'lightly salted Lays potatio chips'?  I saw someone post that they lived off of that and noticed the three ingredients as on Diet one?  Does anyone know? The only discomfort is vaginal discharge with burning/itchiness which lasts all day. Not fun! I tough it out as best I could during the work day but then sit in a hot bath tub and it helps to relieve.  Oh, and I woke up this past Sunday with my body feeling like I'm 80 years old, achy legs especially knee joints.  I have no idea if this is die off but again after a hot bath, it subsided.  Did not sleep well last night, had to get up at least 3 times to  void but not as tired as I thought I'd be.
Keep us posted on your progress!  you can do it!!

I can relate to the joint pain big time.  I eat organic kettle chips for a snack.  I've read plenty of people on here eat them as a snack so I think it must be OK.  Plus I have mentioned it to Dr. Brizman and she didn't say not to so I am assuming its OK.  You sound like you are doing really well.  Keep up the good work.

It sounds to me as though you responding brilliantly to the treatment.  That is amazing that your bladder and urethra pain are so much better after only two weeks and the tiredness and headache definitely sounds like your body is already trying to rid itself of the toxins, view it as a positive as it really does sound extremenly positive to me.
It is also great that you are identifying what foods are affecting you already.
Keep going...

DIE OFF - my head used to hurt so bad that I would take one of thos cute little vibrators - ok I said the word- and massage my whole face and head with it - hitting sinus pressure points - it would help so much.  HOWEVER - since massage isn't always recommended - you didn't hear it from me :)
