Hi Everyone!
Can you please tell me where in florida area you can get kamut bread (yeast free, sugar free)? I live in costa Rica and we dont have it. When i go to see Matia i bring some from Pacific Bakery that i buy at Whole Foods. My brother is in Orlando and i asked him to bring me but he cant find this that i know there!!! Which can he buy in that area safe for us??

Why don't you make your own bread? I make my own spelt bread and is quite easy and nice. This way you make sure all the ingredients including water are good for you. I live in London and here we don't have nice yeast free bread like Pacific Bakery... or at least I haven't been able to find it yet.

(you can make it all with kamut I reckon)
Rita's Kamut/Spelt Bread
1 cup Kamut flour
1 cup Spelt flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup canola oil
3/4 cup + 1 tbsp water
1 egg
Mix try ingredients, add oil, water and egg. Stir until just blended. Pour into a greased pan (I use a 9" pie pan or 9" cake pan or muffin cups )makes about 8 muffins). Bake at 400 degrees, about 20-25 minutes.\

I just placed a special order on Kamut Flour and cant wait to try it. Will let you know if it comes out yummy. I'm on List 1 and need some variety.
