Getting water from an actual spring

I have a real spring about 40 min from my home. It's called Indian Springs and it's it's in the oldest park in the country and it's supposed to be one of the top 10 Springs. Has anyone actually gotten water this way, and if so how long do you think it would last in bottles since it won't be air tight? I've been saving jugs to make a trip there but I was just wondering if anyone else has gotten their water this way. I forgot to ask Matia about it on our last talk. Thanks!

If you talk with people who actually use that water, you'll know. I would just try to talk with someone local to that area.

Last month when i was on a trip, i drank spring water from the source, and dint feel bad. It was quite delicious. I think it depends which area, and always better to ask local people whether they know its ok or not to drink it.

In case anyone has access to a spring, Dr. B said it would be good to drink!
