Hi everyone, I just barely got a new bottle of megadophilus a couple days ago, and of course this morning I totally forgot to put them back in the refrigerator. They were left out for seven hours at room temperature. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know if they are still ok. They are still white and powdery and mix in water well with no clumpy texture, but I am so nervous!

I dont think I would risk it as it has to be refridgerated/certain temp throughout the entire manufacturing process. Totally understand that the cost is huge (I just spent $60/bottle this week), I was so paranoid bugging my husband to see when my Natren's superdophilus arrived yesterday at home since I was at work, Or, contact the manufacturer as it will lose its potency. You should google it.

I would still use them if it were me, room temp. is not the same as them being in heat. They can be left out for short periods. You many have lost a little potency but not enough for it to effect you. Mine once arrived warm in the cooler box and I still used them, and they were working because it was Bifido and it was killing my bladder when I started on them so Matia said they were totally fine.

thanks everyone for your responses :) The test is a really good idea! I got out a brand new bottle and opened it and compared it to a capsule from the one I left out. They look exactly the same, so I think I am going to keep taking them and see how I feel. I will call Natren tommorrow also and see what they say. Luckily I live in salt lake city utah so it is not super hot in my house :) I hope everyone is doing well

I believe they can be left out for 3 days according to natren.
