I had been eating some things off list three that I didn't have a problem with, then I ate a meal from a grocery and had a flare. My question is: do you generally have to start over at list 1 if you have a flare, or can you continue to eat things if they didn't bother you before. I was on list one about two months before I started adding new things experimentally.

it depends on how sever it is but I often would just go back to a basic list just to calm my bladder down and then return back to everything. It seemed to pass faster. As my symptoms got less also i found that somethings I could only eat small amounts of and be fine. Some things like when i got to apples the peel would bother me but not the apple and only the granny smiths or the golden delish but not any of the others. Also for me still can't eat blueberries but apples are fine?

Are you healed now Nicole? Does it eventually get to the point where there aren't as many ups and downs? I am having ovulation pain now. Do you still have. That or does it get better.
