From what I get from reading this site, we aren't supposed to take any medications to help with pain. We aren't supposed to take medications to help with anxiety. We aren't supposed to have any surgeries to see whether or not we actually have IC or endometriosis because that will also make it worse. I don't doubt that. It's probably all true. But what do you do if you are suffering every day?

On the topic of endometriosis, what if you have it and are not being treated for it because you haven't had a lap? What if it is severe and causing some of the problems? Should you just ignore it?
