Anxiety

For the last 9 days I've been having really bad anxiety, to the point where I feel like it's going to escalate to a full blown panic attack.(I even had to take Atvian one morning :( )

My heart will pound so hard, I begin to shake and I literally feel like I'm losing my mind. Dr B adjusted my herbs 2 days ago but I still think it's too early to see changes.

Did anyone else experience anxiety this bad? I'm almost at the 4 month mark of treatment.

I'm sorry that you're going through this - it's horrible. I landed in the ER last weekend - they gave me a couple of shots to knock it dead - something not to be done - but I felt like I was dying. I am still having a fairly bad time with it. If you can - go take a walk. If you lift weights at the gym - even very light ones - breathe in - lift the weight - exhale say "I release the fear". Or release whatever the hell is bothering you - by the time you're done with the circuit - it does help. Take one hand, make a fist, pound on your chest, while you use the other hand to tap back and forth across the crown of you head. Download some incredible brain therapy CD's by Kelly Howell http://www.brainsync.com/ I know quite a few people, myselves, who even loop it and sleep with it on. Get in your car, take a drive and just scream until your ears vibrate. Breathe in deep, hand up over head, throw hands down while rapidly exhaling and shake it out through your hands. Hell, jog in place, arms knd of dangling, loosens up your neck and expends energy.

Yes! I got really really bad anxiety. I had to take a week and a half off work because it was so bad. It did take a couple weeks to get better after Dr. B added vitamin D3 to my protocol.... I still get anxiety sometimes around my hormones, but I know that it's part of the die off. Hang in there and try to get through it. It will pass with time.

Thank you for the replies - I must say, the anxiety has been the absolute worst die off symptom for me. Body aches, nausea, fatigue, etc I can handle, but when something is effecting you mentally like anxiety does, it's hard to deal with.
Dr B added cod liver oil and I seem to be feeling better each day :)

I'm also taking cod liver, didn't realize it helps the anxiety too. =)
