Just be very honest.  Forget embarrassment and shame.  Remember Matia has heard it all before.
Unless you are honest Matia cannot treat you properly.

This is great advice Carole. With phone appts as well. Matia can't treat you properly without all the details.

Congrats on your appointment. I would bring a notebook full of questions you might have- I wished I  had asked more but I forgot so many things! and maybe a nice long detailed health history - anything you can think of that might be relevnat to your Ic story. My experience was validating and amazing. Matia is wonderful! Enjoy your journey!

I decided to get the acupunture seccion too in that first appointment.
Is this going to take time from my 1hr 1/2 enterview with MAtia?
They say is optional and is no extra charge, but I kind of concern now about how much time Im going to have talking with Matia.
Any advise on this?
