Hey guys,

I am very strict about this diet and it's the end of week 2 and no improvement in IC symptoms. My overall health feels better bc no sugar, but if anything the IC symptoms are feeling more constant than before. Lower fluctuation level but more nagging.

Anyone get little worse before better?

Love and light,

Julie

Many people can feel crappy in the beginning cause you are going through the constant detox and die off can start and that early time is just not much in the sense of releif. BUT it will start to change andnot everyone gets that feeling. Matia/Boaz try to eliminate that discomfort as much as possible but when the affected organs are the ones doing the detox than you can imagine it's not an easy feat.
So, to answer your question yes you can feel worse before better but that does not mean it will stay that way.  Mine was better after the herbs initially. I dropped from a level 11 to a 8-9 but that stayed there for a long time and then it dropped gradually every 5 months or so to a new level of "better"
I took a long time to heal in my bladder I realize now but I got there and you will too.

hey Julie, yes I got really bad after week 6. I thought this treatment wasn´t for me and I was ready to die because I had so much pain. Then I stopped eating spelt bread and got immediately better again. In fact I stopped eating all grains. I only eat potatoes and beans (they have many starches as well) and I´n doing great now.

Hey Julie,

It's true that you can feel worse before it gets better, but always communicate how your bladder is feeling especially if it feels worse.  A good thing to do is ask during a call what your expectations should be concerning what to email about or what not to.  I do this every so often as I hit a new level of healing, and it really helps me streamline my emails and focus on the most important issues we are trying to address, and not waste space on the non-essentials.  It also helps me get to the right dose more quickly.
