I've been in treatment for a year. My symptoms have been SO much better. And then last week, I started a terrible flar that has lasted a week and is still going. I know it started because I ate a banana (List 5), which I thought was on List 4 (which I"m on.). But I don't see how I could STILL be flaring from that. Boaz put me on Goldenseal, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar at this point in treatment. I'm really discouraged. I thought the days of these kind of long, intense flares were over. :(
