Hi

I'm really interested in purchasing Dr B's book however the website is only offering shipping via Fedex to Australia which is coming in at $75+ USD!

I'm wondering if anyone would be so kind to let me ship the book to their house in the U.S, then post the book out to me in Aus via USPS?

Hi There,
Ijust purchased the hard copy from Amazon and looking forward to having a read. I just noticed that you are from Australia. I live in Melbourne and would be interested in getting in touch with you. Thus far i have never met anybody in Australia who has ever had IC and i think sometimes its great to be in contact with a few who share your experience.
