I was wondering what you think about this herb chanca piedra? It seems to be very melow as far as a cleanser goes. I would think from reading your book it needs to be taken along with some nourishment herbs? I am feeling a strong feeling twards this herb. I did try it a few times but I am not sure about it. I took it slow. I do like teas because they can be made very weak if needed. I am feeling strong about it because  my  digestive system  is  in such a mess even with my probotics which leads me to questions about the probiotics.

What is your take on Returi, rhamnosus, and also the culturelle brand probiotics.

I find the natrens helps me keep regular but thats all it seems to do. I am wondering if other strains would be helpful?

I do not have experience using this herb, so I cannot offer too much insight, I am sorry! But, in general, yes, one must combine tonifiers with cleansers as well as probiotics. I like many probiotics. I stick with Natren bc I have found them to be incredibly effective and I can control the doses of the 1,2,3 up and down depending on where a person is in treatment.Sometimes I divert and use others. Where I am not in my own discovery of this condition is far from where I used to be or even where my dissertation left off. SO, I combine a lot more than I even used to, but again, as I said this herb is not something I have used.
