Choosing our words carefully

I would just like to suggest if we can  choose our words more carefully.

As a newbie(what others have called me) I have noticed on countless occassions that many of us on here state, "When I am healthy again " or "When I get healthy again" or "Can I eat this when I am healthy again" sets your concious and subconcious up for stating and assuming you are not healthy RIGHT NOW.

We all know the power of our words and how they can affect the body and our mind-body connection.  Perhaps we can start using, "When I am finished with treatment," or "When I am not under strict guidance from Matia."  I think we all should start affirming that we have health NOW.  If you don't and are constantly staing, "when I am healthy" how can you ever expect to move away from that when you are constantly re-inforcing ill health?

Please note that I am not trying to offend anyone, I just want us all to be doing the things we want to do and I have noticed people speaking as such one too many times.

A great book to read is anything by Louise Hay from Hay House, she writes about positive affirmations daily and how it promotes healing dis-ease.

Many Blessings to all!

I find I can get real down in the dumps with negativity, (IC tends to do this as we all know) and I know it makes it worse..so I KNOW I need to change that.
