constipation

Hey everyone~

I've been a patient for awhile and dealing with relentless constipation.  Just wondering if any of you have any ideas or have ways of moving your bowels?  Do certain foods or supps help?

One time Matia had told me: avocado, cabbage, kale, okra... if its in your diet.

Hi,  I suffer from this too and the only thing that works for me is 600 mg of magnesium citrate with a full glass of water about and hour before bed.  Then in the morning you wake up and your good to go.  Over the years I have increased my fibre and I've taken all kinds of herbs, supplements, eating more veges, taking metamusil, benefibre and the only thing that helps me is magnesium.  Oh and best of all Matia approves.
