I am craving carbs! I used to crave sugar and these cravings are even worse. Did any of you go through serious carb cravings? Did they last a long time? I am trying to eat balanced meals although my snacks are not balanced. How did you balance snacks on list 1?

I didn't really snack I would just make a small meal. Something easy too. sometimes I would just eat veggies but a lot of them to fill me up when i was like that. THere isn't really anything like that about this diet tell later even list 2 is hard about that. I don't know if you have a bread you can eat. Plainvill brand turkey at whole foods might be a good thing for you to try. all it is is plane turkey. the only place that has this is whole foods and you can not direct order it. It shouldn't have anything in it not even salt. I am looking forward to avacados for this reason it will be a nice snack to have. I wish i could be more helpful for you.
when your craving something bad just remind your self of how it makes your body feel and that you are getting well.
