I am really a dinosaur as far as technology goes. Yesterday I was out all day thinking I wished I had a smartphone or somethign so I could email Dr B. Does that seem crazy? I just started in treatment so I am assuming as things start to even out, I will email less so maybe I would be a nut to shell out all tthe money. It might make me crazy too- checking all the time on line.

I do not have a smartphone although I know alot have. I try to keep my emails to the minimum as I always get concerned that Dr Brizman is so busy but as she said to me when I asked her how often I should email, 'email me when you need me' but I still hang back but that is just me!! I think you are right re the phone, there is always the risk that we would be checking it constantly!!
Decide what you think is going to give you the most peace of mind and then go for that.
