Do you have to fly out to California for first visit?

I have seen different things regarding this.  I live in Indiana, and I'm not sure if I can afford to fly to California for first visit.  Am I able to do all of the treatment via long distance, or does the first visit have to be in person?

The first visit does have to be in person and sometimes patients have been able to work it out to be able to fly out just for the day and return home the same night. But, after the initial visit everything can be done via emails and phone appointments.

How long does it usually take to get an appointment for the first visit?

After you fill out the new patient form online usually can get in pretty quickly, couple weeks, maybe even sooner. May have to call the office if don't hear back within a day or 2 of filling out the form just to make sure you are getting your appointment set and can get flight coordinated.
