French Meadows Bread?

Hello everyone...

I have just started with Matia and I am so grateful to see such wonderful info on here.  I look forward to talking with everyone.

My question is: What does everyone use for bread?  I have found Freench Meadows (?) at Whole Foods, but I cant find one that is both yeast free and sugar free.  I have found all the yeast free but the least amount of sugar I saw was 1 g.  Is this correct or should I look into it at another Whole foods?

Thanks so much.

To the best of my knowledge, many people eat the French Meadow or Pacific Bakery Bread.  Sugar is not an added ingredient.  Check with Matia at your next appointment to make sure.

I would love to try the Ener-G bread.  Amazon said it was made from rice flour, tapioca starch, and yeast.  Are you sure it's Ok to have bread with yeast? (I am only asking because I am craving bread LOL

Hmmm, I did not know it had yeast in it.  I got it because when you click on this site under recommended food, she had it has a number 1, which I though meant  list one.  I will have to ask her at my next appointment before I eat it.

You need to look for the yeast free one. Not all will tollerate this and when looking at the gentel products guide make sure the numeber matches the list your on.
Rice Flour, Filtered Water, Cold Pressed Hi Oleic Safflower Oil, Leavening (glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate and calcium phosphate), Methylcellulose, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Orange Citrus Fiber.
is in the white rice yesst free bread. I did not tollerate this personally but I do fine with the food for life tortillas.

Kristen,  FMB kamut bread is good if you can tolerate kamut.  They also have a nice spelt bread.  The bread Melissa suggested is made of brown rice.  It is a great option for people who cannot tolerate spelt or kamut.
