fruit!

for those of you who can eat fruit how much do you eat? im still scared to eat fruit and every time i do i feel like im doing something bad even tho matia says its ok! would like to hear from others!

I eat blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and apples with very little problem.  Grapefruit is ok.  In general I find that eating fruit is far less abrasive to me than eating packaged rice noodles, etc.

I think she was refering to perpotions though. Matia told me with Berris to stick to 1/2 cup I haven't actually tried my blueberries yet I just go the green light but I am waiting for my period to end. She told me I could eat them in place of potatoes because i asked her. TO me it seeming less sugar bc of the glycemic breakdown. You would think fruit more but potatos unless sweet are simple sugars. A fruit like blueberries is actually lower then the potatoes . I think potatoes are just more bladder friendly but has nothing to do with being more yeast friendly.
Also the fact about eating your protiens first is a good point Jeanette made. I know your aloud to eat nuts so eat your nuts with your fruit and eat the nuts first you should be in good shape. Think of a serving being the size of your fist. your potatos , apples, pears should resemble that size when you make a fist. Then berries a 1/2 cup.
