Boaz added Ginseng to my protocol. I've never taken it. Can I get it from the healthstore and what brand do you all use? Thank you.

Hi Patty,

The brand  Matia recomedns is Imperial Elixor - I usually order it from Iherb or Vitacost.  I believe you can swallow the caps as well - (check that they're gel caps...)

I have to order them on line at iherb or sometimes amazon, you can take them in the capsule.
