so, i've been off of grains for about a month now and am considering maybe trying some out again in the next few weeks. Of course, i probably won't get the nerve to do it, but in case i do, does anyone know what the most tolerated grain option is? i used to eat spelt all the time, but want to try something different that might be gentler. i don't even eat rice anymore, but was thinking that rice flour might be the best thing to try as a re-entry to bread. or i've heard folks talk about quinoa/millet. are those better options? i will consult with matia, but would like to hear what others have experienced. thanks.

I have personally had a hard time with this myself and found that sometimes the form like i don't tolerate rice but i tolerate rice tortillas by food for life. I also eat a milet rice bread but i knwo Matia has said milet if very drying and i think it is making me constipated. just fyi you might want to try out different forms of the different grains.
