So, I went to LA from Florida to meet Matia two days ago and it was great! She asked me tons of questions and gave me some insights on what might be going on with my body. She put me on the diet 2 list, which is great because I was soooo afraid of the list 1 but I guess I don't need it : )
I baked my first spelt bread, thank you ladies for your recipies, and I'm really trying to stick to the diet and plan ahead in terms of what I eat/drink.

For me, receiving alternative medical healthcare has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. It has been the open door that has led to so many positives. Sounds like you have a great attitude and are ready for this. Also, I was on list one for the last couple of months and was rotating about 15 items. It was a little tricky. Just this week Matia added in the vegetable family that includes cabbage and brussel sprouts(can't think of the name) some beans, and yogurt with granola, and raw almonds (probably a couple of others I can't remember right now) and I feel like I am eating like a queen. It is funny how you can adjust though to list one. I just remind myself that there are many others in the world who live on much less than those 15 items I was eating.Best to you!Tammera

I was on the first list for a while as well, and now 9 months later I am on list 4. It has been has been an incrediable journey,with still a little ways to go, but I am so thank ful to Matia and all that I have learned. Really try and stick with your list as best as you can, I really did and I believe it has helped me improve much faster.
