Does anyone know if ham is allowed on list 1 or is it too processed, smoked, etc. I was thinking of making some sort of ham and brocoli quiche with Dill but I wasn't sure about the meat? Then when I get to list 2 I could even add a little cheeze.

I could not find any Ham that did not have additives that we were not allowed. I looked many places.
