I can cope with most of the other unpleasant side effects of treatment/die-off, but this one is the hardest for me, especially since we're not able to take anything to treat it. How do you guys deal with headaches? They totally zap my energy, making it difficult for me to be productive and go about my day normally, and they often hang around for two days. Plus the nausea that usually accompanies them. Do you guys have any tips? The two things I've found to help a bit are eating something, drinking a bit of coffee, or going for a walk. What do you guys do?
I suppose I should count myself lucky that this is one of my worst symptoms at the moment, but I sometimes find it difficult to deal with all this die-off whilst trying to go about my everyday life. And by the way, I'm 8 months into treatment, and the most recent round of die-off is due to the lovely SF.
OK - not sure how Dr. M or B
OK - not sure how Dr. M or B would feel about it - but I used to have horrendous headaches and used - yes - a vibrator on points of my head. I also used a netti pot to help with my sinuses. I also put two tennis balls together in a sock and put them at the base of my skull and laid on them. All of this was extremely helpful. It does get so much better. Hang in there.
Thanks so much for the tips,
Thanks so much for the tips, Denise. I'll give these a try. :)
