heartburn

Hello ladiesssssssss....

Anyone ever have heartburn on the oreganol/goldenseal concoction?  It seems like shortly after I take it, I am getting some awful heartburn. Don't know why that would happen but wanted to see if it was happening to anyone else.

No, I dont get it after i take my gold, but I get it bad when I eat red meat.....

Yes, for me the oregano causes heartburn.  I'm taking the goldenseel now w/out it and it doesnt cause heartburn.

I have gotten this in the past with the oregano i know it is the oregano because it never happens with the gold..

I just emailed Matia re: my heartburn and she said it is die-off.  Weird that heartburn would be a die-off symptom but apparantly it is! Good to know something is working!
