I have eggs for breakfast in the mornings with potatoes and seem to feel bad afterwards. Since I can't tolerate most grains, I don't want to give up eggs. What brand of eggs do you use? I would love to hear about an affordable brand of eggs as well as higher end products. I shop at Walmart as well as a natural health store.

I buy the plain Whole Foods 365 Organic Eggs. It has an orange/brown label. Make sure it doesn't say veg diet, flaxseed, or omega on it.

I buy the whole foods ones too. All other brands, even organic ones don't go well. Hope this helps. :) They are not super expensive from there either. Other organic brands are like two dollars more
