Hi Mimij67, good luck in your appointment next week :) Dr. B will better inform you on water, skin products and all that you should watch out for. Early in treatment, it maybe hard to pinpoint what's bothering you, but once you switch to one of her approved spring water brands, i wouldn't worry about the water anymore but all the other factors. She told me that alkalining water is not good for IC and we should go for PH 7 and not less. Also the high potassium level in the water is not good. You are in SFO area, so you can probably use Arrowhead Spring Water for drinking and cooking.
