I am not sure the exact lenght of time it just kept getting better and better as time went on less PMS symptoms over all. Now I still have really tender breasts but the cramps I would say about 5 months and some months I would have them and then not. I am more likely to get them if I am constipated durning my cycle also as they went a way I would only get them the first day or the day before. Hang in there it does go away and it does get better.

After having cramps that had me doubled over in pain, they've lessened considerably.  Last 2 periods only had cramps that day for an hour or so.

It took almost a year for me to get the cramps under control - now they are just blunt more like pressure waves not really cramps like sharp pains at all and only for the first day. I have noticed the PMS is better and all around things are just better. Even though I still had cramps  I did not need or use pain releivers. I stopped using ibuprofen after the first 6 months. My period comes and there is often no warning even though its regular now it just like oh hello moon time! Mary

I'm 7 months in treatment and my last period was less painful than before, I hope it will continue to improve.My ovulation is still very painful though, do many of you have inflammation and extra pain during ovulation?  I always get extra groin/leg pain around day 12 of my cycle, so I think the pain increases before I ovulate and gets better afterwards.Vicky 

Bumping this thread, as I would like to know how long it has taken others to feel relief from terrible cramping? I am over 3 years in and still having to call in sick because my bladder is so irritated and pain is so horrific it causes vomiting amd diarrhea. Need some hope this will eventually change.
