This is a really good
This is a really good question. I'm having the same thing right now. I've had a sore throat and stuffed up nose for two days, and they showed up right after I starting using raw garlic for a vaginal yeast infection (after other things didn't work). If I have time, I'll ask Boaz about this during my appointment today.
So I asked Boaz about this,
So I asked Boaz about this, and he said that nasal discharge is not usually die-off, but nasal congestion might be. Seems like I have a cold or sinus infection. :/
Thank you soooo much. I have
Thank you soooo much. I have congestion and an itchy throat but no discharge. I hope you feel better soon.
Thanks. You too. :)

Oh, and he also had me check
Oh, and he also had me check to see whether the back of my throat was red, which I assumed to be an indication of infection rather than die-off. And he said die-off is often accompanied by body aches and night sweats.
Sorry - don't agree with him
Sorry - don't agree with him about discharge. There was a time when the discharge that came out of my nose was clear but it actually left a burn mark on the back of my hand. This went on for several weeks. Whatever was in there was exrememly toxic - it kind of fascinated Matia. There has also been alot of times where white chunks blew out of my nose - looked like cottage cheese. Sorry for TMI. But for me nasal crap has always been an indication of die off.
I had alot of the nasal stuff
I had alot of the nasal stuff too Denise. Also had white spots in my nose and sores on and off in my nose. I believe its all tied into the inflamation and die-off. I know there was a thread on here a while back on ALOT of us with these symptoms.
