Matia once suggested oil of oregano and liquid goldenseal mixed together. It's smelly, and turns you green, but it definitely worked for me.

I crack an egg open and dip a cotton ball, then apply to irritated area. Recommended by Matia and helped me get through eczema.  Its very cooling.
